【瑞典蘋果蛋糕 Fyriskaka (Swedish Apple Cake)】

Fika is beyond a coffee break in Swedish culture. The quality of coffee and cake is not as important as for one to make time to strength relationships with family, friends and colleagues. Although every place has their unique customs and cultures, and it may not be practically for us to implement such social institution in the city where we live in, making time for other people should be a habit that we all should learn! 材料 Ingredients:
9吋圓型蛋糕模/ 9” mould
牛油 Butter | 114 g
小豆蔻籽 Cardamom | 4-6 pods
蘋果 Green apples | 3-4 pcs
黃糖 Brown sugar | 40 g
肉桂粉 Cinnamon powder | 1.5 tsp
砂糖 Sugar | 100 g
雞蛋 Eggs | 2 pcs
中筋麵粉 All-purpose flour | 150 g
泡打粉 Baking powder | 1/2 tsp
做法 Directions:
先把焗爐預熱至180度。把蛋糕模具掃上牛油,灑上麵粉均勻地覆蓋整個模具內側。
在鍋中放入牛油,開火加熱煮溶,放入磨碎了的小豆蔻後,關火放旁待涼備用,讓餘溫把香料的味道慢慢逼出來。
在一隻大碗中,放入已去皮、切成厚片的蘋果、一半份量的黃糖和肉桂拌勻,放旁備用
將牛油和砂糖拌勻(可選擇用人手或廚師機),再逐隻雞蛋加進去攪勻。慢慢放入已過隔篩的麵粉和泡打粉,輕輕地拌勻。
把蛋糕漿倒入模具中,將蘋果圍圈地插在表面。再灑上剩餘的黃糖。入爐烤焗30至40分鐘。焗好後,放旁待涼,脫模。完成!
Preheat oven to 180c. Brush a thin layer of butter onto cake mould , and coat with flour evenly.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Heat off when butter is melted , and add grind Cardamom to infuse the aroma from the lukewarm butter.
Place cut and thick sliced apples in a large bowl , and mix 20g of brown sugar and half portion of cinnamon powder in another bowl for use.
Mix butter and sugar , and slowly add egg one by one , followed by flour and baking powder. Do this gently .
Pour in cake mixture into the mould , and top with sliced apples . Sprinkle remaining sugar on the top of sliced apples. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes . Remove the cake from oven , and gently take the cake out from mould when it’s cool off. Enjoy !
