俯瞰著維港,喝著我最愛的Negroni,的確可以令我暫時把煩惱放在一旁。 其實近年多了很多Gin愛好者,但通常我也只見他們在酒吧點Gin & Tonic來喝。 愛Gin的朋友,不妨在家中添置一兩瓶利口酒和甜苦艾酒,調杯Negroni享受一下吧!
I am a simple man. Things I like aren't that complicated neither. Negroni, one of my favourite cocktails, is extremely easy to make and it requires three (or four) ingredients only to make. P.S. I loved this signature Negroni at K11 Artus! With Pu'er tea and paprika-infused gin as the base, the cocktail gets elevated with that extra astringency and smokiness.
材料 Ingredients: 氈酒 Gin | 1 oz. (30ml) 金巴利酒 Campari | 1 oz. (30ml) 紅威末酒 Sweet Vermouth | 1 oz. (30ml)
做法 Directions:
把所有酒倒進調酒器中。(如果沒有調酒器,可以用一隻大杯代替)
加冰進調酒器(或杯)裡,快速攪拌至冰凍。
濾冰後,倒進加了冰的古典杯中。
加一片橙皮便完成!
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. (If you don't have a shaker, just use a big glass.)
Add some ice into the shaker (or a glass), stir well until the booze is ice-cold!
Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice.
If you are fussy like me, put that orange peel in it to make your cocktail looks nicer.
